Is your child facing big feelings or acting out? Are everyday behaviours becoming a bit tricky to handle? Or maybe your child seems worried, stressed, or extra quiet?

The Ollie Model Super Powers for Kids

Meet Ollie and His Superpowers

Using the Ollie Model, children learn to explore and manage their feelings in fun, imaginative ways. They’ll see their struggles as separate from who they are, making it easier to face them. Ollie’s superpowers help children understand their feelings, helping them become confident, resilient, and ready to be their best selves. Here’s how it works:

One-on-One Support

In personal sessions, I work directly with children to identify their “superpowers”—unique strengths they can use to manage their feelings and situations. We talk about emotions, the brain, their responses, in ways that make sense to them, making it easier to understand and handle challenges in a positive way.

Small Groups

In small groups, children share and learn with others, exploring their worlds together. This can help children feel less alone and build supportive friendships, creating a sense of teamwork and shared growth.

Classroom Sessions

I also offer classroom sessions, where we talk as a group about emotions, resilience, and confidence. With Ollie’s superpowers, children learn valuable life skills they can use at school, at home, and everywhere else.
