About Me

My coaching – my coaching journey began in 2006 when I completed my first coaching certificate with the Coaching Academy. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals in private one-on-one sessions, developing a coaching programme accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and collaborating with schools. Working with children has become my true passion. Seeing them grow, overcome challenges, and build confidence is incredibly rewarding. each child’s journey is so unique, and being a part of that process inspires me every day.

Who I am – I know its corny, but I really do want to make a difference for children and believe that I can. I’ve had my own share of curve balls and I’ve explored different paths for mental and physical wellbeing, and I bring this mix of experience as well as the techniques, models and tools into my practise. I am generally a positive person, love my own children, family and friends (and my dog). I like yoga, travelling and learning, and yes I’m a middle aged woman who swims in the cold and proudly taken part in the Lamlash Splash (a swim from the Holy Isle to Arran).
